The white house tells us the “reported drone sightings” posted all over social media and shown on the news don’t pose “a threat” but the FBI and homeland security are investigating. But hey, it’s almost Christmas and we need to celebrate, be with family, cook and try not to run screaming into the streets. So here, these Italian ladies are making the largest eggplant parmesan dish I have ever seen.

Rompi le uova in un recipiente e frustale con una forchetta. Sciacqua le melanzane, asciugale e passale nella farina e nell’uovo poi friggile. Prepara un sugo con solo pomodoro e basilico. Metti in una teglia il sugo, aggiungi le melanzane fini a coprire la teglia. Aggiungi 150 grammi di mozzarella, parmigiano e basilico. Ripeti operazione finì a creare due o tre strati.
